1. Who we are

We are the "data controller" for the personal information described below. If you're in the European Union, this means we're responsible for it under the GDPR, even though our services are marketed to law firms in the United States.

2. Information we collect

When you submit the "Get Quote" form or otherwise contact us, we collect:

• Your name, law firm name, work email address and phone number
• Your target state(s), monthly lead volume, and case-type criteria
• Your firm's website, if provided

We also automatically collect, via cookies and similar technology:

• IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed
• Ad click identifiers and campaign attribution data (e.g. UTM parameters, Meta/Facebook click and browser IDs such as fbclid, _fbp, _fbc)

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your quote request and discuss whether our service fits your firm
• To contact you by phone, text message, or email about your inquiry (see Section 6 below)
• To measure and improve our advertising (via the Meta Pixel and similar tools)
• To meet legal and accounting obligations

4. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

Where GDPR applies, we rely on:

• Performance of a contract / pre-contractual steps — to respond to your request for a quote
• Legitimate interest — to run and measure advertising, and to keep our records
• Consent — where required for phone/SMS outreach or non-essential cookies, which you can withdraw at any time

5. Who we share it with

We use the following third-party services to run this business. Each may process your data under its own privacy policy:

• Zapier (automation — routes form submissions to our internal tools)
• Meta / Facebook (advertising pixel and analytics)
• GitHub Pages (website hosting)

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Calls, texts and TCPA consent

By submitting the quote form and providing your phone number, you agree that we (and, where you go on to become a customer, our staff or partners) may contact you by phone call or text message, including using an autodialer or pre-recorded messages, at the number provided — even if that number is on a do-not-call list. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or contact us using the details in Section 1 to opt out of calls.

7. International data transfer

We are based in Germany, but the tools we use to run this business (Section 5) are US companies and may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where required, we rely on the providers' Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard for this transfer.

8. How long we keep it

We keep quote-request data for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for our business records, or until you ask us to delete it.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it
• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent at any time (this doesn't affect processing that already happened)
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (EU) or your state Attorney General (US)

10. Cookies

We use the Meta Pixel and similar cookies/local storage to measure ad performance and remember your visit. You can block cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not work as intended if you do.

11. Children's privacy

This site is intended for business use by law firm staff and is not directed at children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest revision.
