Terms of Service

Last updated: September 18, 2026

1. Who this applies to

These Terms govern your use of this website and our pay-per-lead service, operated by Amaya Deals ("we", "us"). By using the site or submitting the quote form, you agree to these Terms.

2. What we offer

We generate and qualify Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) case leads through paid advertising and deliver claimants who match criteria you provide to your firm's CRM or via warm phone transfer. The specific volume, pricing, exclusivity and replacement terms for your firm are agreed separately (e.g. by email or a signed order form) once you submit a quote request — these Terms cover the website and general relationship, not a specific commercial agreement.

3. No attorney-client relationship, no legal advice

We are a marketing and lead-generation service. We are not a law firm, do not represent claimants, and do not provide legal advice to claimants or to your firm. Nothing on this site creates an attorney-client relationship between us and anyone.

4. Lead quality and replacement

We aim to deliver claimants who match the criteria you provide, but we do not guarantee that any lead will result in a signed case. Duplicate leads and leads later confirmed as fake or fraudulent will be replaced at no additional cost.

5. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, 50% of the agreed fee is due upfront before campaigns start, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery of the agreed leads.

6. Cancellation

Either party may cancel the ongoing lead-delivery arrangement at any time, effective at the end of the then-current billing period, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Intellectual property

The content, design and branding of this site belong to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and service are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our service, including lost profits from cases you did not sign.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
